Thank you for applying for a programme of study at the Open University of Sri Lanka. Please follow the instruction given below to start your registration process for the programme you have applied for study.
Following documents will be required to bring when you come for the registration.
1. Original of your Birth Certificate (If Your name as in the Birth Certificate differs from the name in the application or any other document being presented for consideration, amended Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate/Ordination Certificate/Affidavit to the effect that the different names refer to one and the same person, must be provided as applicable).
2. Originals of relevant Educational Certificates.
3. National Identity Card issued by the Department of Registration of persons.
4. Your recent photograph.
5. Paying voucher Pay Online or Download Voucher
(Please bring A4 size photocopies of above mentioned documents.)
Your registration for the above program of study will be confirmed on scrutiny of the above documents.
